ROSE - Readiness Of Slovenian E-invoicing, 06/2017 – 06-2018, Connecting Europe Facility (CEF)

The action aims to increase the uptake and the use of elnvoicing by the Slovenian contracting authorities and contracting entities, and to ensure compliance with the European elnvoicing standard (EN) by the end of May 2018 in line with the Directive 2014/55/EU.

The goal of the Strategic Development and Innovative Partnership (SRIP) MATerials for end PROducts (MATPRO) is to join the metallurgy, metal processing and chemical industries with knowledge institutions in the value chains and networks, and to act collectively in finding and developing new, breakthrough products under the slogan "Only together can we be really successful". The objective is to be achieved through targeted cooperation, internationalization support activities, human resources development, sustainable development and entrepreneurship as well as through the sharing of knowledge and resources in the field of materials, where Slovenian companies are already operating successfully. Through the cooperation we want everybody to become even more successful.

Kick-off Event of “Learning by Doing” project

A three-day long event was organized by the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) between 30th January and 2nd February 2017 to officially launch the project “Learning by Doing - Targeted capacity building of VET partnerships in the Danube Region for the effective modernization of VET systems”.

High-performance Computing for Effective Innovation in the Danube Region: High performance computing (HPC) is an emerging general-purpose technology. It can improve framework conditions for innovations by drastically increasing effectiveness of innovations and reducing product development time. However, while most advanced HPC infrastructure and knowledge are located in well-off western parts of the Danube region, enterprises – especially SMEs – from its eastern parts have limited access and competencies.
