Settlement of labor disputes without court (alternative dispute resolution, ADR) is an important part of social life. An unresolved or inadequately resolved conflict can cause friction and traumas. The project ARDS deals withaltenative dispute resolution systems, arbitration and mediaton. Pilot project of mediation was chosen in 2012 topromote mediation as non judicial system which gives a number of opportunities how to solve real life problems, not just legal issues, by parties themselves.Mediation offers new opportunities due lack of communication.
