The objective of the project Improving Claims Management in Slovenian SME Engaging in Intra-EU Trade was to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) in Slovenia to optimise their business procedures by providing information, know-how and advice to SME in the area of credit management, claims management and the available legal instruments, especially for commercial transactions across borders within the EU and raising awareness and improving understanding and use of the available legal instruments for cross-border enforcement of claims among SMEs.
