Arhiv: Results of the Slovenian survey Guide on Digital transborder Entrepreneurship strategies in business environment

 

 

We received 41 results. Most of the respondents were women (28 women, 13 men). Most of them were employees of Chamber of commerce and industry, one of them was a VET provider and one a business consultant.

Most of the respondents are partially familiar with the cultural differences in negotiating, signing and respecting contracts within the EU (16 of them). The respondents proposed that the Guide includes at least basic knowledge and practical experience for all EU countries.

Most of the respondents have basic practical knowledge with the digital tax systems in Europe (21 of them). There are a few suggestions in this chapter, such as:

·         A list of all the online platforms of the tax administrations in the EU.

·         Possibilities of data exchange of different tax platforms in Europe, entry to the system for different users, credit checking of entrepreneurs' business abroad.

·         Useful knowledge and familiarity with the platforms/applications available to companies in this field in the EU; e.g. in the internationalisation of business processes.

Most of the respondents are not  familiar with the AR for eCommerce (29 of them) and would like to receive information on how AR can be used in business and enterprise, some basic information and practical examples.

Most of the respondents do not have any practical knowledge in eCommerce Marketing Automation (17 of them) or only have partial knowledge (12 of them). Most of them would like to receive basic knowledge and also knowledge on an even better optimisation and tricks, especially in the area of solving the challenge of how to make mass emails not go to spam.

Most of the respondents are partially familiar (15 of them) or are familiar (14 of them) with cashless payment methods for business in European countries. There are a few suggestions in this chapter, such as:

·         Listing the specificities of doing business in EU countries, possible differences for taxable and non-taxable persons, etc.

·         The security and complexity of cashless payments.

·         Presenting the most suitable channels and platforms for natural persons and  for legal entities.

·         Perhaps also GDPR concerns and considerations. To what extent is a such specific business anonymous and to what extent it is not.

Most of the respondents do not have (4 of them) or have partial (4 of them) knowledge on shopping behavior and social shopping. Most of them would like to receive a basic knowledge, social networking pitfalls regarding shopping habits and possible customer targeting.

The results of the questionnaire will be used to produce our Guide.
